I went to my local screen printing shop here in downtown , LA ( Rheetech Sales & Service Inc. ) And have been looking at this glitter ink for some time and finally got my hands on it . I wanted to print my brand logo and give it a glitter pop . All I had to do was bring my artwork so they can make and burn my screen.

The mesh count is at 25 and looks just like a window screen ! The large holes pushing the glitter through the screen .

When I came down to printing well …. I was in for a little surprise. My idea of a very thick glitter ink was not really what I would get . I gave it more passes on my screen ; like 10+

This is when I flooded my screen before printing . I was thinking maybe if enough glitter ink sits in the mesh before printing I could get a more rich ink deposit .

It did help but I am not completely satisfied with the results. I am going to look into getting a different glitter ink that may give better results. or rethink my design to work with how the ink is used.
Then I figured. let me try foil transfer onto of the ink i just used . So I heat pressed it at 325 degrees for 10 seconds

There is. more to experiment with and this is my first try at glitter inks. do you have any recommendations ?
Quick settings I used for glitter ink :
Mesh Count : 25
Cure Glitter Ink on Heatpress: 375 degrees hovering over garment for about 45 seconds making sure the ink I dry and not wet to the touch : ( Do not Press !) Use Parchment paper or teflon sheet so ink doesn’t transfer onto your hot plate!
Passes : 10 + times ,
Issues I ran into: ink bleeding . Not enough glitter through screen . Translucent print .
Pricing: $60+ for the ink. $30 for ink burn and screen .
Graphic type: Bold font and lines .
Heatpress: 325 degrees for 10 seconds. Use teflon so foil does not melt !
Application : Apply foil transfer on top of wet ink . I used glitter ink from my screen .
Peel COLD ! . Let your garment cool down than peel
